The twenty-sixth session of the board of directors was held on Thursday 11 December 2025 at head office, Marc Vivien Foé Avenue in Yaoundé, chaired by Jackson Betty Amouko.
The director general, Serge Hervé Boyogueno, reported the items on the agenda, assisted by the deputy director general, Fru Jonathan.
The board adopted the 2026 annual activity plan and the budget for the year, balanced in revenue and expenditure at 9,968,321,424 CFA francs. This year is the third of the 2023–2030 strategic development plan.
